All in Won is a medical claims company with decades of experience handling insurance billing and coding for mental health and medical practices.
The client connected with us by searching online for office furniture NY. Our office layout planner and design specialist Angelina embraced the project requirements with her usual determination. They had three criteria for their new office furniture: The turnaround needed to be quick. The solutions needed to be economical. The office aesthetic needed to be modern and presentable, but nothing too fancy.
First, the office workstations: The O2-Now cubicle system ticked all 3 of their boxes. The office layout accommodates 6 small straight desk cubicles and 6 larger L shaped cubicle desk configurations. All cubicle partition panels are 53”H with integrated cubicles power in the panel bases.
Then, the casegoods furniture: Napa laminate desks and matching reception stations really couldn’t be any faster or less expensive if they tried! In the managing director’s office Angelina’s office plan included an executive desk set with credenza and hutch, 2 wooden office guest chairs with arms, a black leather office couch, and a 2 drawer lateral file cabinet.
The client had limited space near the front door, so she worked out a few small reception desk ideas – eventually deciding on a 4’ wide reception desk with glass top transaction-counter.
The entire office furnishings project for 12 modular workstations plus reception counter and executive suite took just 3 weeks from first contact to project completion!
